Hello,
My name is Brandon Hoover and I am full-stack developer living in Florida.
This portfolio gives a good variety of my work and will hopefully give you an idea of not only who I am, but how I work as well.
Living in Florida for most of my life, I have acquired quite a few hobbies ranging from fencing to rock climbing (it’s Florida, of course it’s in a gym) to scuba diving. There are other outdoor activities that I do on a regular basis, but those are the highlights. I tend to be most passionate about my photography and design projects though. I enjoy my career choice immensely.
A redesign for this cultural landmark was desperately needed as their website was outdated and lacked the functionality the management needed.
An economic development staple for Northwest Florida needed a new flagship site to compliment the smaller sites they use for specific properties and projects. The new site was designed and built to maintain the attractive feel and ease-of-use established with their smaller sites.
Manna wanted a complete rebranding, which included a much improved website design that would fit with their new logo and collateral. They also wanted it to serve as a central point of information for the cycle of food drives and events they hold every year and an easy way for the community to donate the financial help that they need.
Ballet Pensacola needed a site that would allow them to show an artisitc presence the web, but would still allow for online registration for ballet classes and the ability for the public to purchse tickets for performances. The site also will allow for the public to donate to the ballet to support the local arts.
The Jackson County Economic Development Council decided that they needed a new look to help them portray the fresh, modern look that would help attract the businesses they wanted in their county.
